Albatool (Toola) Alkhazal is the lab manager of the Kim/Brown Lab, where she oversees daily operations and supports ongoing research efforts. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Neurobiology and Psychology from the University of California, Davis. Her research focuses on the treatment of pediatric cancers, particularly neuroblastoma, using novel bioengineered bioRNAs.

Outside the lab, Toola enjoys cooking, reading, spooking friends with her tarot cards, and playing poker. She loves connecting with people- so don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!
